Late Dessert at Shirokuma

On 17th December, me and my friends have decided to have a dessert for the night. It feels like we were having Saturday night but sadly it wasn’t. When I came to this place it was crowded but lucky us we still got a seat to sit on.

The place is tiny but this is a good place to have long chit chat with your friends.  I don’t know why they named this restaurant shirokuma because this restaurant doesn’t dominated by white color or that tells anything about white bear.

Interior

In Japanese Shirokuma means White Bear and this restaurant has kinda cute white bear for their logo.

Let’s get to the menu shall we?  We ordered four desserts. First one is called save our snowman 40k, created by the hungry doctor. It consist vanilla ice cream with green tea injection, m&m bottle, mochi and cornflakes on the bottom, kinda too much is it? But it tasted good.

Save Our Snowman

Second one is called chocolate parfait, it consist vanilla ice cream, pocky, shiratama balls, mochi, oreo and same as save our snowman it was layered with cornflakes, this one was delicious, pocky and oreo made a perfect combination for the dessert because these days some restaurant served their dessert combined with oreo, pocky or somethin else, most of it used oreo.

Chocolate Parfait

The third one is called carapop parfait it consist vanilla ice cream with caramel on top and almond inside also not forgot to mentioned the corn flakes in it. I think this one was too sweet to me, a lil bit much sweetness from the ice cream, corn flakes and the caramel, yea but that’s why they call it the dessert right? To prevent that any bad tasted from the main course or from the appetizer maybe.

Carapop Parfait

And the last one is called shiratama parfait it consist matcha ice cream, mochi, red beans and cornflakes for the layer. I must say this one was kinda bad, from the scale one to ten I’m gonna give 5 for this one, because the matcha flavor was just not clicked to me.
