Mujigae The Digital Korean Restaurant

Couple week ago me and my friend mira have decided to go to mujigae restaurant that located in Grand Metropolitan Mall in Bekasi. Lately bekasi been bullied in media social because some people said bekasi is really hot, dusty, and when you see and feel the road like it’s cracking that have been hit by hulk that’s when you know that you’re arrived in bekasi and more ironically bekasi there are some meme tells that bekasi is not on earth but another planet that located near the sun and the time that you will be needed to travel to bekasi is like 23 years more or less if you already watch interstellar you know what i means haha.

Okay now I’m gonna tell you a lil bit story about mujigae. Mujigae is a korean restaurant that has a digital concept. They combine between a good food, healthy with technology, especially served bibimbap and casual korean food. The place was quite cozy and comfy to hangout with your friends, for you who loved anything about korea, i think you should go to this place because they offer you with comfy sofa to sit in, an ipad in front of you to order the food and you can also play your favorite Kpop songs in here while you eat and it’ll be play on big screen seeing many beautiful famous korean artist with white skin just as white as milk color literally haha.

Mira was ordered classic original ramyun + korean fried chicken(IDR 38k), the chicken was crunchy and soft inside, the chicken was smaller in size but richer in taste because it contains more nutritional value which you know chicken was contain highly protein and taste very well in korean cuisine.

Korean Fried Chicken

Actually ramyun is more faithful to the original Chinese versions of la-mian or hand pulled noodles, the noodles was originally found in korea and been offtenly use in korean dramas. The secret of great korean ramyun lies in its freshly noodles. It tasty and chewy that mixed at a right combination with a great technique and served along with taste of korean broth and toppings which makes them more delicious.

Classic Original Ramyun + Korean Fried Chicken

And myself, i tried their new menu that is called bibimyun with spicy tokochi(IDR 38.1), first time i heard the name from my friend i thought she was joking because the name sounds ridiculous(no offence), so why they called it bibimyunbecause it’s a mixed between bibimbap with ramyun so they served it with ramyun instead of rice which is the original version of bibimbap, two eggs that wrapped in flour, tokochi, kimchi , shrimp cracker and other protein source as toppings. Of course it was spicy but not too spicy, it was crunchy, tasted great and good enough to fulfill your tummy.

Bibimyun

For the beverages we ordered sea salt green tea(IDR 19k) the pretty one to good look at it and tasted sweet and salty from the sea salt ice cream that mixed uniquely

Sea Salt Green Tea

matcha milk tea(IDR 15.4k) just like regular matcha that pour with milk and some ice cube
